Cognitive Behavioral Solutions does not participate directly with insurance companies or any third-party payor.
All clients pay the full fee at the time of service and can choose to submit a claim with their insurance for reimbursement.
To submit a claim we suggest calling your insurance company to verify your deductible and "Out-of-Network Mental Health Benefits" prior to scheduling an appointment at Cognitive Behavioral Solutions.
Appointments at Cognitive Behavioral Solutions are usually forty-five minutes in length and scheduled, if possible, on a once per week basis. This may change depending on individual circumstances and treatment goals and progress.
Cancelled and Missed Appointments
You are asked to directly notify your psychologist 24 hours in advance whenever possible if you cannot keep your appointment. If insufficient notice is given for cancellation, you will be billed the missed session fee unless we are able to fill your vacated time. Obvious exceptions to this policy include sudden illness or death in the family. If it is possible, we will try to find another time to reschedule the appointment.
There may be instances where we need to cancel as well. We will try to give you as much notice as possible when this occurs.
